Please feel free to archive this documentation in your file so that there is question of impropriety on the part of the county. Since the events surrounding the approval for signature are still fresh to me. I can state that on Friday,August 4th,you contacted me with questions about 6A and 6B and approved the plats for signatures. ON the following Monday,August 7th, we had the Parcel A Subdivision Plat and Blocks 6A and 6B singed by the owners but did not submit them to you for county signatures until Tuesday as you were out sick that day. On Tuesday,the plats were submitted to you for signature which were promptly returned to us for my signatures and recordation.
