The proposed splitter-island should be at least 25 feet in width, see detail on page F-97 of Appendix F. 2. Please add a note to the plans stating that any fencing associated with the proposed tot lot must be outside the sight distance easement. Note that all sight distances lines will be field verified prior to acceptance. If further information is desired, please contact Justin Deel at 434422-9894. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
