Yes at this moment the County would not be able to get signatures from all departments in time, so we are really just looking for a conditional approval. I have coordinated with Chris about getting a letter saying that the site plans are approved as is barring a few deeds and agreements but I have not gotten a response from him. If you could just reach out to him letting him know that the site plans are adequate for approval from ACSA with a contingency of any administrative items that would be greatly appreciated.
