But the rest of the comment is not addressed. If the applicant(you or Scott)does not want to do the exhibit but would rather just put all the information requested for that comment in the WPO plan,that's fine too but it still needs to be reviewed/approved to assure the trails meet proper grade...etc. Additionally,Jonney Otto went out to the site last Friday and it was not built. It is built. I asked Frank about inspection via email couple of weeks ago.Scott thought we did not need separate exhibit because nothing is disturbed because it is a primitive trail.
