Mr. Collins,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The Letter of
Revision proposes the changes shown on the attached plan ("PROPOSED LOR #1 — BELVEDERE
TOWNCENTER" by Collins Engineering, dated 8122117) and letter (from Scott Collins, Collins Engineering
dated 8122117). The plan and letter proposes a new building footprint. There are no other changes to
SDP201600057 proposed or approved at this time.
This is the first Letter of Revision for this this site plan amendment. Three (3) Letters of Revision are
allowed, after which all required changes must be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

RE: LETTER OF REVISION #1— Belvedere Towncenter Minor Site Plan Amendment tSDP 2016-57)
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the approved Belvedere Towncenter minor site
plan amendment. This plan proposes -, new building footprint. Attached is a site plan showing the
proposed changes.
This is the first letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three (3) letters of revision are allowed.
