I am bit worried about the county attorney needing to review the deed of easement as the last county attorney review took over 45 days. I only have the one copy I had marked up). We won't need the deed book included during this review.The CAO will comment on any changes needed. 3) Once the CAO reviews the Deed of easement, it will be provided back to you for signature (the SWM agreement should be executed at this point and the deed book and page will be included). The signed Deed of Easement and Plat will be sent back to us once signatures have been obtained on your end it will be provided to the County Executive for signature. 4) The deed (signed by the CXO) will be sent back to you for execution. I compared the version sent to Mr. Perez with your template and noticed that the only substantive difference is a new section 6. See my first attachment confirming so (it's a redline/comparison word doc between your 3-31-17 template and our 3.28.17 draft). My second attachment is meant as the proposed updated draft to conform with your template. See my third attachment confirming what I believe to be proper revisions(it's a redline/comparison word doc between your 3-31-17 template and my 5.26.17 draft). Also note—I left the third whereas clause's deed book and page reference blank. I checked the land records online and noticed that the Agreement to Maintain Stormwater Management Facilities and Other Techniques has yet to be recorded. I'm thinking that we can record said agreement immediately prior to the deed of dedication and easement, and therefore change the reference from "Deed Book , page " to"recorded immediately prior to the recordation of this instrument". Similarly,the first and second whereas clauses also intentionally contain blank deed book and page references and will be filled in as appropriate. Please read carefully. Stormwater Management Agreement:You received a reformatted copy on 4/17 from Ana Kilmer.As you stated on 5/25 this is being executed by you and Dr. Hurt and will be sent back to us once that occurs.This is the first step for approval. Deed of Easement:The deed of easement (document attached)goes along with the PLAT and outlines how the easements are dedicated. I originally sent you this document on 3/24/17.This document references the deed book and page of above SWM agreement, and should be formatted (specifically the signature block) in sync with the reformatted SWM agreement provided to you by Ana Kilmer on 4/17. Once your signatures are provided and all the information is filled out on the template (provided above) It will need to go to the County Attorney's office for review and signature. WPO Amendment: I was contacted by Adam Long (Collins engineering) regarding this on 5/3. He had a minor change to make and stated it would be submitted "soon".To date the County has not received this submittal. Bonding:We are waiting for the road and sewer bonds to be posted. Last I heard your contractor was tasked with posting these bonds? but to date they have not been posted. Ana Kilmer is on vacation and will return on June 2nd to assist. Plat: Last submittal was on 3/23/17.The plat was acceptable from a content standpoint, but approval is conditional on items above being completed. Once all items above are completed.The Deed of easement will be sent along with this plat (as stated above) to the County Attorney's Office for approval and signature. Once recorded, the PLAT will be approved and the project can go forward from an CDD engineering standpoint (Final approval pending any outstanding items related to Chris' review). To summarize,Once the SWM agreement is executed and the Deed of easement (formatted and signed by your party) is presented to us.We will take the Deed of easement and PLAT to the County Attorney for review and signature. Once that is reviewed, signed, and recorded, AND the WPO amendment is approved,we can then approve the subdivision plat. It should help in drafting the documents, specifically regarding the naming/titles of items in the PLAT.This SWM agreement differs from the one currently executed on the property, and is updated to comply with language regarding forest and open space. In addition, a minor amendment to the WPO containing only the stormwater management plan (it would only be a small 1 page amendment)which updates the current SWM plan and outlines the location of the conserved forest and open space areas will need to be submitted. I would be available to meet in person and discuss these changes in person. It may be easier to explain what needs to be submitted. We have open engineering meetings from 2-4 on Thursdays. Last I heard your contractor was tasked with posting these bonds? but to date they have not been posted. Ana Kilmer is on vacation and will return on June 2"d to assist. Plat: Last submittal was on 3/23/17. The plat was acceptable from a content standpoint, but approval is conditional on items above being completed. Once all items above are completed.The Deed of easement will be sent along with this plat(as stated above)to the County Attorney's Office for approval and signature. Once recorded,the PLAT will be 4,411) IWO approved and the project can go forward from an CDD engineering standpoint (Final approval pending any outstanding t items related to Chris' review). To summarize, Once the SWM agreement is executed and the Deed of easement (formatted and signed by your party) is presented to us. I doubt those bonds, which were posted, contained the roads bonds but maybe they did.
