Nelson, Senior Planner Division: Planning Services Date: August 28, 2017 Subject: SUB201700113 — TMP 91A, Lots 19-26 — Boundary Line Adjustment Fax 434-972-4126 The County of Albemarle Division of Planning Services will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. Sect 14-302 (A) (4): Private Easements: a) Revise the plat to indicate the deed book and page where each private easement is recorded and the owner of record. b) Revise the plat to show the location of the 10' wide pedestrian & parking easement along the eastern edge of Lot 26. 2. Section 14-302 (A) (9): Building Sites on Proposed Lots: Revise the plat to include the note "Each lot contains a building site that complies with Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 3. Section 14-302 (B) (5): Zoning Classification: Revise the zoning classification noted on the plat to read "PRD in accordance with proffers of ZMA-2006-005 approved June 13, 2007 and subsequent approved variations. Entrance Corridor Overlay District." 4. Section 14-302 (B) (7): Reservoir Watershed, Agricultural -Forestal District: Revise the plat to include the note "This site lies within the Moore's Creek water supply watershed."
