The enclosed R-15 regulations are a true and accurate copy of the applicable zoning district regulations. The existing 97 dwelling units on the 5.92 acres is permitted at a density of 16.385 dwelling units per acre due to the use of bonus density for low to moderate - income housing. ■ To the best of my knowledge, the property is not in violation of any proffered conditions or other special conditions or limitations imposed by the County of Albemarle. ■ The property meets all access and parking requirements required by the Albemarle County zoning ordinance and complies with the current zoning ordinance of Albemarle County, including all provisions regulating setback, density and height. ■ The current development was originally built under a site plan, SDP-2000- 005, approved on March 9, 2000.
