RE: SQUIRE HILLS, PHASE III, SITE PLAN
Dear Sir:
The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on November
12, 1985, approved the above noted site plan with the following
conditions:
1) A building permit will not be issued until the following
conditions have been met:
a. County Engineer approval of stormwater detention plans and
computations;
b. County Engineer approval of grading and drainage plans and
computations; I
C. Issuance of soil erosion permit;
d. Albemarle County Service Authority approval of final water
°plans;
6e. Revision of subdivision plat to show sight easement for two
tf Z(2) entrances on Mall Drive;
ak Staff approval of land scape plan.
In order to expedite the completion of the above items, please have
the appropriate agency or department notify Kathy Brittain (296-5875)
in the Zoning Department, in writing, that the applicable conditions
have been met.
Please note that the Zoning Ordinance requires that construction be
commenced within eighteen (18) months of the date of approval or the
approval will be void.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please do not
