This letter is to approve your request to amend the site plan for Timberwood Commons. This
approval permits the nine changes listed on the enclosed plan dated March 9, 2012 and last
revised March 29, 2017.
This is the 3rd Letter of Revision for this site. Under current County policy, additional revisions
should be submitted as a Minor or Major Amendment to the final site plan and should
incorporate all of the previously approved revisions on that latest plan set.

1. ADA parking spaces and ramp moved to the west.
2. Stairs, upper patio area, and ADA accessible route
reconfigured.
3o Concrete seat wall added to address grading issues.
4. Portion of sidewalk removed along front of South
Building.
5. Additional entrance added to (North Building.
6m Entrance relocated on back of South Building.
7o Entrance relocated, entrance walk and associated
landscaping moved to be centered on the entrance.
So Remove an entrance and relocate an entrance along
