Please use the Private Street fees for further submittals when private streets are proposed. (Rev. 1) Comment addressed. 2. It does not appear that Lots 110 and 137 have access from their alleys. Please extend the alleys or provide access easements. (14-236C) (Rev. 1) Comment addressed. It would also be helpful to show the driveways to lots 124 and 137. 3. Dead-end alleys will require a waiver request. (Design Standards Manual) (Rev. 1) Response noted. 4. A minimum 25' radius is required on Alley C and the alley does not appear to meet the required angle of intersection (14-41013). VDOT has requested a meeting to discuss these design issues. Please include myself, Rachel Falkenstein, and Frank Pohl on the meeting requests (which can be held at the County if wanted). (Rev. 1) Comment addressed. 5. The stop sign/road name sign has been labelled incorrectly at the east end of Garland Lane. (Rev. 1) Comment addressed. 6. The ROW for Garland Lane should be a minimum of 30'. (Design Standards Manual, 14- 41213) (Rev. 1) Comment addressed. 7. Show all required drainage easements on the plans (such as on Alley D on sheets 4 and 5). (Rev. 1) Comment partially addressed. Easements should be shown between structures Ex 106 and 108 (lots 130-134), on pipe 30A (lot 86) and on structure 30D. Comments have not yet been received from Planning. E911 comments are included as a separate document emailed with these comments and VDOT comments were emailed on 8/22. ACSA and Fire Rescue have no objection to the plans.
