SUB2017-122 BLA for TMP56-35 &108A
Kris,
don't have any comments on this boundary line adjustment. However, I still have the outstanding comment
below the may affect this BLA for Chesterfield Landing. A future BLA may need to be submitted if Chesterfield
Landing does not have sufficient area for their open space, or Chesterfield will be denied. Also, the Chesterfield
plat will need to be updated to reflex this BLA if it is recorded first.
1. [Section 2.2.3 Open Space; 4.7 Open Space Requirements] Cluster developments (Lots less than 30,000sf)
require a minimum of 25% open space. Not more than eighty percent of the open space can be located within
the flood plain. Provide an exhibit that shows how much of the open space is outside of the areas defined in the
ordinance.
Rev: Not addressed. Exhibit needs to be provided with final, not just a tabulation.
