It has been several months since you provided materials to us in conjunction with your ZMA Application, ZMA-2017-
00001 Pantops Corner Proffer Amendment (Lidl). If you are not going to pursue this application, please let us know and
collect your materials by October 2, 2017. If you wish to continue with this application, you will need to provide all
outstanding materials no later than October 16, 2017. If you have not submitted information/fee by this time, we will
void your submittal and recycle the materials you provided.
