Before everyone heads out for the day though, can you please give me an update on the e-mail below? If there is anything I can assist you with please let me know. I think from a VSMP standpoint though, this one is pretty straight forward. Thanks, Graham From: Matthew Wentland [mailto.mwentland@albemarle.org] Sent: Thursday, August 25, 2016 1:39 PM To: Graham Murray Cc: Scott Collins; Adam Long; Frank Pohl Subject: RE: Briarwood Rec Area VSMP Thanks Graham. It'll probably take me a few days to get to the calcs, but hopefully I'll be able to do it next week. The plan sheets look okay. It also might be a good idea to wait until you've got the comments for the site plan before re- submitting the VSMP in case there are any changes. The FDP will be one of the comments on the site plan, but at least it shouldn't affect the VSMP plan. For the easement plat, we got another consultant to put this note on the plat for the VRRM open space: "The Forest and Open Space Easement is subject to the guidance set forth by DEQ in the Virginia Storm water Management Program. The areas will remain undisturbed in a natural, vegetated state, except for activities as approved by the local program authority, such as forest management, control of invasive species, replanting and revegetating, passive recreation (e.g., trails), and limited bush hogging to maintain desired vegetative community(but no more than four times a year)." I've also attached the SWM calculations that were created originally with the plans, these must have been lost when they were submitted or routed to you. Given this plan is so close to an approval, would you mind reviewing these documents digitally before we drop off 4 copies for signatures? Also,we'll request the surveyor start working on the easement plat immediately since this approval will be contingent upon this recordation. Thanks again Matt! Graham P.S.We will gladly provide earthwork numbers with the Floodplain Development Permit application,as requested.
