Dear Mr. Cowles:
Your special use permit application, SP-99-25, was heard by the Board of Zoning
Appeals on May 4, 1999. The Board ruled (5:0) to approve the request for an off-site
advertising sign in accordance with Section 4.15.05 (a) with the following two
conditions:
1. There shall be no other freestanding, advertising signs permitted on tax map 30,
parcel 109.
2. The sign shall be lighted only when a referral is expected and shall be turned off as
quickly as possible after the arrival.
