Subject: 5th Street Tenant Request
Bank of the James, at 5th Street Station, has requested Landlord approval to have a block party in their
area of the center on October 14th. They have been working with many of the other tenants at 5th Street
to pull together some interest including:: Timberwood, Basil, Hand & Stone, Jersey Mikes, Alamo, and
Fuzzys Tacos. They are looking to have a band, some sort of "beer garden area" and plenty of food
vendors. I marked up the attached site plan based on conversations I had with them late last week to
present to the city of Charlottesville for a special events permit. However, before I send it to them to go
through that process, I wanted to get the partners approval for the event. Please let me know if you
have concerns, suggestions, etc.
