Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Drive-through windows will be limited to four [4]. 2. Screening shrubs shall be planted along the residential side of the parking area and bypass lane. 3. Erect and maintain an opaque stockade-style fence, six feet in height, on the northwest side of the building and outside of the landscaping abutting the parking area, as shown on the preliminary site plan dated February 24, 1997, except where such area is in the floodplain. In the event that the use, structure or activity for which this special use permit is issued shall not be commenced within eighteen (18) months after the issuance of such permit, the same shall be deemed abandoned and the authority granted thereunder shall thereupon terminate. For purposes of this section, the term "commenced" shall be construed to include the commencement of construction of any structure necessary to the use of such permit within two (2) years from the date of the issuance thereof which is thereafter completed within one (1) year. e e Page 2 June 4, 1997 Before beginning this use, you must obtain a zoning clearance [rom the Zoning Department.
