(wp2t)' Subject: RE: UVAF - Town Center 4 - Easement Plat review ACSA had not signed the deed and I agree with Kirk —ACSA had asked that a note be added to the plat stating that the easements will be centered on as -built locations. I'd still recommend that you check with Alex Morrison about when they want to sign those deeds. The first receipt is for the Plat, the second is for the sight easement, the third is for the supplemental declaration. I do not have ACSA's signature page to the ACSA easement. The County Executive has been out of the office and will return on Tuesday, so that is when it will be signed and sent back to me. I'll contact you as soon as it is ready for pick-up. Thanks, Cameron
