Box 7305 Charlottesville, Va 22906 RE: SP-96-15 - Greater Charlottesville Habitat for Humanity Dear Sir: The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on June 12. 1996. unanimously approved, the above-noted request to establish five additional development rights for a total often lots on property in the Esmont area. Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: I. Staff approval of final subdivision plat; 2. Development shall be in accord with the statements of the applicant as contained in the March 25, 1996 Description of Request; (copy attached) 3. The road serving these ten lots must be built to state (Virginia Department of Transportation) standards for acceptance into the state (Virginia Department of Transportation) system; and 4. This special permit shall expire 36 months from the date of approval. ADOPTED the attached Resolution to waive the application fee for the special use permit. In the event that the use, structure or activity for which this special use permit is issued shall not be commenced within eighteen (18) months after the issuance of such permit, the same shall be deemed abandoned and the authority granted thereunder shall thereupon terminate. For purposes of this section, the term "commenced" shall be construed to include the commencement of construction of any structure necessary to the use of such permit within two (2) years from the date of the issuance thereof which is thereafter completed within one (I) year. Before beginning this use, you must obtain a zoning clearance from the Zoning Department. Before the Zoning Department will issue a clearance, you must comply with the conditions in this letter.
