Box 5548 Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: SP-95-45 VVendell VVood Tax Map 32, Parcel 50A Dear Mr. VVood: The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on March 20, 1996, approved the above-noted request to amend SP-95-25 to add approximately two (2) acres to Airport Mobile Home Park. Please note that this approval is subject to conditions of SP-95-25 with the deletion of conditions #2 and #10. The conditions of approval are set out below: 1. Deletion/relocation of all lots within fifty feet of an adjacent parcel; 2. Staff approval of all mobile home units proposed for location within the mobile home park to ensure compliance with the acoustical performance standards of Section 30.2.5; 3. Staff approval of pri vate road maintenance agreements at such time as the property may be subdivided; 4. Maintenance of recreation facilities shall be the responsibility of the property owner in accord with Section 4.16.3.2; 5. No direct connection to Route 29 shall be made without amendment of this permit; 6. Provision of conventional "T" intersection with Route 606 constructed in accordance with Virginia Department of Transportation requirements. Access is shown on a plan initialized "VVDF" dated 7/8/93; 7. No plan of development shall be submitted for review until the necessary easements and/or right-of-way acquisition for the Route 606 entrance have been obtained; and Page 2 April 1, 1996 8. Provision of access to Tax Map 32, Parcel 46. In the event that the use, structure or activity for which this special use permit is issued shall not be commenced .within eighteen (18) months after the issuance of such permit, the same shall be deemed abandoned and the authority granted thereunder shall thereupon terminate. For purposes of this section, the term "commenced" shall be construed to include the commencement of construction of any structure necessary to the use of such permit within two (2) years from the date ofthe issuance thereof which is thereafter completed within one (1) year. Before beginning this use, you must obtain a zoning clearance from the Zoning Department. Before the Zoning Department will issue a clearance, you must comply with the conditions in this letter.
