Virginia 22902A596 1804) 2%-5823 May 24, 1994 Pete Bradshaw Keswick Corporation 701 Country Club Drive Charlottesville, VA 22901 RE: SP-94-07 Keswick Corporation Tax Map 80, Parcel 8Z Dear Mr. Bradshaw: The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on May 18, 1994, approved the above-noted request to expand club facilities to add a swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse on 149.846 acres zoned Rural Areas. Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with SP-92-59 Keswick Acquisition Corporation and SP-85-54 Tom J. CUrtis, Jr.; 2. The clubhouse shall not exceed 6,250 square feet, the viewing stand shall not exceed 2,000 square feet, accessory buildings shall not exceed 5,200 square feet and the pool shall not exceed 3,500 square feet; 3. Construction of the clubhouse and open air pavilion and all necessary improvements åssociated therewith, including required parking, is extended to commence not later than five (5) years from approval of SP-94-07; and 4. Access for Tax Map 80, Parcel 9A, shall be onto Route 731. 1 . -- .. , Pete Bradshaw Page 2 May 24, 1994 Before beginning this use, you must obtain a zoning clearance from the Zoning Department.
