Dear Sir:
The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on
March 16, 1994, approved the above-noted request for a drive-
through in a commercial zone on 9.536 acres. Please note that
this approval is subject to the following condition:
1. The site shall be developed in general accord with the
preliminary site plan identified as Sheet SP-l and further
identified as "Presented to Planning Commission, March I,
1994," initialed RSK.
Before beginning this use, you must obtain a zoning clearance
from the Zoning Department. Before the Zoning Department will
issue a clearance, you must comply with the conditions in this
letter. For further information, please call Babette Thorpe at
296-5975.

noted action, please do not hesitate to contact me.
