Please note that this approval is subject to the following condition: 1. The site shall be developed in general accord with the preliminary site plan identified as Sheet SP-l and further identified as "Presented to Planning Commission, March I, 1994," initialed RSK. Before beginning this use, you must obtain a zoning clearance from the Zoning Department. Before the Zoning Department will issue a clearance, you must comply with the conditions in this letter.
