Pugh Rt. 1, Box 555 Crozet, VA 22932 RE: Special Use Permit, SP-92-31 Tax Map 055A, Parcel 36 Dear Mr. & Mrs. Pugh: Please be advised that your application for placement of a Home occupation, Class B to conduct a ceramic shop business, on property described as Tax Map 055A, Parcel 36, White Hall Magisterial District, did not receive any written opposition. Therefore, your application may be approved administratively subject to compliance with the Highway Department's approval of your entrance and subject to the conditions of approval as required by section 5.2 of the Albemarle County zoning Ordinance. In the letter of May 22nd, the Department of Transportation stated, "Minimum commercial site distance is required at this entrance..." (Copy Attached) written verification of compliance with this condition must be submitted along with the enclosed zoning clearance prior to issuance of the permit. YOU CANNOT CONDUCT THIS BUSINESS UNTIL SIGHT DISTANCE COMPLIANCE HAS BEEN OBTAINED. This special use permit will become void if not used within 18 months from May 29, 1992. Once the permit is voided, you would have to re-apply in order to place a Home Occupation, Class B on your property.
