By September 28, 2017 Albemarle County must receive the re -inspection fee of $150.00 to
continue your project. This fee is required per sections 17-207 and 17-208 of the County Code.
To pay the re -inspection fee, please send a check payable to the County of Albemarle to my
attention along with the enclosed copy of this invoice. If the re -inspection fee is not paid within
30 days, interest charges will be applied to the past due amount per the Albemarle County
Water Protection Ordinance. (Sec. 17-210)

EMERGENCY STOP WORK ORDER

Under § 17-902 of the Albemarle County Code, you are hereby notified to immediately cease all land
disturbing activities on the above referenced property with the exception of work to address any
necessary corrections as given below. This stop work order is being issued for;

Immediately seed, straw mulch, or stone stabilize the entire site, and submit an
erosion control plan, Water Protection Ordinance Application and fee to the
County. Obtain approval, bond the plan, and obtain a VSMP or grading permit
prior to any land disturbance.

A sworn complaint has been made by the Albemarle County Erosion Control Inspector below. This STOP WORK
ORDER shall remain in place for the period specked by County Code 17-902 D and E. Re -inspection of this
notice to verify corrective measures will be in 7 days, and will incur a $250 fee (Code 17-20$ and 209).
You have the right to a hearing, per County Code section 17-902F. This hearing is set for next
Thursday at 3pm, in the Community Development Office at the County Office Building at the
corner of Preston and McIntire Roads in Charlottesville.
