JT, Thanks for the information. At this time, we would like to request an indefinite deferral as we need a little more time
to finalize our response and resubmission. We look forward to hearing the results of your meeting with Greg Kamptner
next week. Thanks, Mike

Hey Mike,
Here is a link to the comment letter:
http://www.albemarle.org/weblink/3/doc/758768/Pagel.aspx?searchid=la9a522d-6012-47f9-a7bl-fe9Ofa3lc451
Page 8 lists the options for "action after receipt of comment letter." It sounds like you're probably planning to resubmit
more than 30 days after the date of the letter (September V). If that's correct, then I would recommend option #2,
which is to request an indefinite deferral.
You can reply to this email explaining that you're interested in hearing back from Greg Kamptner on the question below,
and would like additional time to digest/respond to the comments received.
Thanks,
J.T. Newberry

JT,Thanks for keeping me in the loop. Yes, this question is quite important to us since the deadline for action is
tomorrow. We would like to formally submit the application to get the review underway, schedule the Community
Meeting, etc. and the response from the County Attorney is critical to us. Thanks! Mike
