Box 6788 Charlottesville, VA 22901 RE: SP-90-47 Wrenson Corporation Tax Map 72, Parcels 17, 21 and 45 (former parcels 21A and 38A) Samuel Miller Magisterial District Dear Sirs: The Albemarle County Board of supervisors, at its meeting on August 1, 1990, approved the above-noted request to allow a rural preservation development of 33 lots (10.5.2.1) on 338 acres zoned RA, Rural Areas. Properties located on the east side of Rt. 635 south of and adjacent to 1-64. Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Staff approval of preservation easement in accordance with Rivanna Water & Sewer Easement prepared for Buck Mountain Reservoir; 2. Development shall be in general accord with sketch titled IIHowell Property II dated July 26, 1990, (Note: In file in the Planning Office) and initialed by VWC on August 1, 1990; 3. Planning Commission approval of subdivision plat; 4. Access road to be constructed as a public road and dedicated to public use; 5. One hundred foot undisturbed buffer shall be required between Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 22 and 23, and existing residential properties; e . The Wrens on Corporation Page 2 6. Planning commission reserves the right to relocate the entrance road with regard to streams.
