COPY TO SIGNED Mona Gabriel, P.E. ownes SITE ENGINEERING November 18, 2015 County of Albemarle Dept of Community Development Max Greene 401 McIntire Road Charlottesville, VA 22902 Dear Mr. Greene, Enclosed are 8 Road Plan and 2 WPO Plan copies of a revised submittal of a site plan for Fairhill Estates Subdivision as well as a submittal packet for community development and VDOT(Troy Austin). As we discussed in the October 8, 2015 Staff/Developer meeting, we worked through the Fairhill Estates Subdivision Road Plan(SUB-2007-00145) and WPO Plan(WPO-2007-00070)to an approvable format but was not approved as the client decided to not proceed with the plan due to the market conditions at that time. We revised the plans to meet VDOT minimum radius design criteria as requested by Troy Austin in the October 8, 2015 meeting. We also eliminated the rain gardens and the associated storm sewer pipes and provided an area that will be recorded as a non-impervious area in order for the project to qualify for the 16%rule to comply with the CBPA requirements as we discussed in the meeting.
