Box 7030 Charlottesville, VA 22906 RE: SP-89-50 University Corporate Center Tax Map 76M(1), Parcel 2B Dear Mr. Cotten: The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on October 18, 1989, unanimously approved the above-noted request to allow for a pond in the floodplain of Moores Creek. Property, located on the east side of Fifth Street Extended (Route 631) in the Willoughby Corporate Park. Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Department of Engineering approval of dam and construction activity in flood plain in accordance with Section 30.3 Flood Hazard Overlay District and Zoning Ordinance; 2. Approval of appropriate local, State and Federal agencies; 3. County Attorney approval of maintenance agreements for the pond; 4. Department of Engineering issuance of an erosion control permit; Claude Cotten Page 2 October 20, 1989 5. Permit is for upper pond only as per Mr. Cotton's letter of September 7, 1989.
