Regarding ZMA200800007 This rezoning from CO to C1 was approved in accordance with the attached proffers dated November 1, 2009. Please refer to these documents for any future applications and requests on this property. _Regarding SP200800067 This special use permit to operate a veterinary services clinic in the existing building on the site of Tax Map 32, Parcel 48 was approved with the following conditions: 1.
