Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. Use shall be limited to a maximum two hundred (200)-seat sanctuary and use of the existing building 2 for youth activities normally associated with a church use; 2. Construction of the two hundred (200)-seat sanctuary shall commence within four (4) years or approval for the new structure shall expire; 3. New approval of septic system from the Health Department; 4. The church will be developed in general accord with the conceptual plan found on Attachment F of the staff report (copy on file in the Clerk's office); 5. The property may not be further divided; 6. There shall be only one (1) residential dwelling on this property; 7. Any expansion of, or addition to, the uses, activities or structures outlined In this staff report shall require additional review and approval by the Board of Supervisors; and, 8. Development shall be subject to review of and issuance of a Certificate of Appropriateness by the Architectural Review Board. In the event that the use, structure or activity for which this special use permit is Issued shall not be commenced within eighteen (18) months after the issuance of such permit. the same shall be deemed abandoned and the authority granted thereunder shall thereupon terminate. For purposes of this section, the term "commenced" shall be construed to include the commencement of construction of any structure necessary to the use of such permit within two (2) years from the date of the issuance thereof which is thereafter completed within one (1) year.
