Fried Physical Rehab - Tax Map 14, Parcel 4 Dear Ms. Fried: The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on September 20, 2000, unanimously approved the above-noted request. Please note that this approval is subject to the following conditions: 1 The Home Occupation, Class B, shall comply with Section 5.2 of the Zoning Ordinance 2 The Home Occupation shall serve no more than seven (7) clients per week in addition to the residents of the Fried Farm and the Innisfree facility. 3 Health Department and Building Inspector approval of the facility for this use shall be required In the event that the use, structure or activity for which this special use permit is issued shall not be commenced within eighteen (18) months after the issuance of slJch permit, the Sé1me shall be deeM2d abandoned and the authority granted thereunder shall thereupon terminate. Fa,' purposes of ¡his ::;ection, the term "commenced" shall be construed to include the commencement of c'ms1ruction of anv structurf3 necessary to the use of such permit within two (2) years from the date of the ;ssIJé1nce there lf which is thereafter completed within one (1) year.
