The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on tv1arch 21, 2001, unanimously approvec
the above-noted requests Please note that this approval [S subject to the following
· ZTA-2000-009 Holly MemOrial Gardens - Adopted the attached ordinance
· SP-2000-49 Holly Memorial Gardens - Approved subject to the following conditions
The cemetery and accessory structures shall comply with the minimum yard requirements];
Section 21, Commercial Districts and
2 The location of the mauscleum shall be in general conformity tG the preliminary site plan catee

In the event that the use, structure or activity for which this special use permit is issued shall nGt::e
commenced Within eighteen (18) months after the issuance of such permit, the same shall be deemed
abandoned and the authority granted thereunder shall thereupon terminate. For purposes of this section.
the term 'commenced" shall be construed to include the commencement of construction of any struc:ure
necessarj to the use of such permit Within two (2) years from the ::1ate of the issuance thereof WhlC:l IS
thereafter cGmpieted within one (1) year
Before beginning this use, you must obtain a zoning clearance from the Zoning Department. Before the
Zoning Department will issue a clearance, you must comply With the conditions in this letter For furcher
