Before the sign can be installed, a sign permit must be obtained from this office.

1. No freestanding sign shall be permitted on Parcel 201 unless and until the
advertising referring to the establishment(s) on Parcel 201 is removed from the
freestanding signs allowed under this special use permit.
2. No additional signage referring to Parcel 201 shall be permitted on Parcel 20
unless and until the advertising referring to the establishment(s) on Parcel 201
is removed from the freestanding signs allowed under this special use permit.
This letter is to inform you that your special use permit application, SP-2001-007, was
heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals on April 3, 2001. In accordance with Section
4.15.05(a), the Board ruled (4:0) to approve the request to allow an off-site freestanding
sign identifying the building on the adjacent parcel 201 with the following conditions:
