Re: As-Build Certification Letter - Dunlora V (SUB2016-75)
Dear Mr. James,
This letter is to certify to Albemarle County that the Road Plan As-Built
drawings prepared by Timmons Group dated April 7, 2017 based on a survey performed
on February 17, 2017 for the referenced project have been reviewed, are true and
accurate and are in substantial conformance to the approved plans. Asphalt
Placement reports by Froehling & Robertson, Inc. have been reviewed, and are in
substantial conformance to the specification provided in the approved plans. We
have also reviewed the Utility As-Built plans submitted to Albemarle County Service
Authority on April 7, 2017, and the utility installation depicted are in
substantial conformance with the approved plans.
Additionally, we hereby certify to the placement of proposed underground
stormwater management facilities referred to as "SWM A" and "SWM B" on the approved
plans. Through review of the WPO As-Built Plan prepared by Timmons Group submitted
on May 26, 2017 based on a survey performed on February 17, 2017 and by site visit
inspections, it has been determined that the facilities as installed are in
substantial conformance with the approved plans. A video camera inspection was
performed on the facilities on May 16, 2017 by Momentum Earthworks. We have
reviewed the inspection video report and the installation is in substantial
conformance with the approved plans.
