The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its meeting on February 6, 2002, unanimously
extended this special use permit with the same conditions as approved by the Board on
February 9, 2000 (copy attached) The special use permit is extended to run concurrent with
the site plan, until January 7, 2006.
