Limits of disturbance is 0.58 acres. Water Quality Currently there exists 0.41 acres of managed turf and 0.17 acres of impervious cover within the site limits. In the proposed condition, there will be 0.36 acres of managed turf and 0.22 acres of impervious cover. Per the Virginia Runoff Reduction Redevelopment Spreadsheet, this will require that 0.14 lb/yr to be removed. This required reduction is being met through a surplus removal of 0.41 lb/yr that has been achieved on the Woodbrook Elementary School project. See Plan WP0201600075. This surplus removal will be applied to this project, as ownership for both parcels is the same, the Albemarle County School Board, per 9VAC25-870-69 Section A Part 5. Water Quantity Water quantity is addressed through modification of the existing stormwater management facility. The facility will be excavated deeper and slightly wider and the outfall structure will be modified. The modified facility will detain and release stormwater at the appropriate rate for channel and flood protection requirements.
