SP-88-79 was approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Building setback of 100 feet from right-of-way of Route 780. Existing trees in this area are to be maintained to the maximum extent practical; 2. site plan approval to include provision of access to proposed realignment of Route 631; ..... . . Patrick B. Reservation of right-of-way for relocation of Route 780; 6. site plan to be in general accord with the plan submitted with the special permit application.
