These plans have been revised to address the informal VSMP Amendment comments in email dated March 9th, 2017. Albemarle County Engineering 1. The Luxor pond doesn't show the aquatic bench. RESPONSE: An aquatic bench has been shown for the proposed changes to the pond. 2. The proposed grading wipes out the access to the forebay and structure.. RESPONSE: Grading for the pond has been updated so that the access for maintaining the forebay and structure has been preserved. We trust the above adequately addresses your comments. Please let me know if you have any questions or require additional information. Sincerely, Dustin E. Greene, EIT Matthew Wentland To: Dustin Greene Cc: Frank Pohl; Kenny Thacker; Charlie A. Hurt Subject: Luxor and HTC ponds Dustin, After discussing with Charlie Hurt what is shown on the amendments submitted for Luxor (WPO201600077) and Hollymead Town Center Area B (WPO201600078), both of these VSMP plans are being rejected. As originally discussed between our inspector and Charlie on 12/14, the idea was to expand the ponds without digging them deeper than they are currently. Once we have heard back from Charlie on how he wants to proceed and received revised plans, we will continue with the review process. Thank you, Matt Wentland, P.E. Civil Engineer II
