HomeMy WebLinkAboutWPO201500090 Correspondence Minor Amendment 2015-12-21 John Anderson From: Graham Murray <graham@collins-engineering.com> Sent: Monday, December 21, 2015 4:15 PM To: John Anderson Subject: RE: SWM Amendment for Glenmore K2B Lots 7-16 Attachments: 151221 County Engineering Exhibit.pdf Hello John, I took a quick look at this project.Glenn's original e-mail/direction to me dated 7/28/15 states in his 8th sentence, "I have also included the other lane of the road in the overall load computation, but not in the load to the facilities." In this e-mail he is stating we need to include Carroll Creek Road in the project's overall water quality calculations, which I feel triggers the use of the VRRM ReDevelopment spreadsheet. If we continue to use this spreadsheet, and update it to list an approximate limits of disturbance of 9 acres, then the required removal rate becomes 3.05 lbs/yr and our current plan removes 2.34 lbs/yr(a slight shortfall). Please let me know what your thoughts are on this once you've had a chance to contemplate it. Thanks, Graham P.S. I believe you have access to Glenn's e-mail from my prior correspondence Friday afternoon, but I can forward it to you if not. Also,Glenn's last sentence in the 7/28/15 is no longer applicable with the amended/consolidated facility. I'll try to answer your questions ahead of our 2:30 phone call, and if you still need to talk we can. 1. The assumed average lot's impervious footprint in my October 15,2015 calculations packet is 6,000sf. I believe this is a high, but representative, footprint for the development. 2. With respect to Glenn's archived e-mail in your project file, attached are the follow up e-mails between Glenn and I in this string of correspondences. 1
