Phase 1, which includes the bank, should be completed around June 2007. A start due for Phase 11 construction is yet to be detemiined. f risieal Erosion Areas there are existing areas ort q 1 slopes which he in the 400' stream buffer and will remain undisturbed. Proposed 2.1 slopes will only exist on the inside ofthe pond, and will be protected by rip rap at locations which receive significant amounts of runoff. Erosion & Sedinnent'C:nntrol Measures Erosion and sediment control for the site will be handled in two phases. Phase A ofthe proposed erosion control plan is intended to protect the site during the initial mass grading of the project white the building and parking areas are brought to their proposed grades but before installation of building slabs, parking lot curb and stone base. Phase B of trte plan serves to protect the site after installation of•building slab and parking lot stone base and curb and when County Erosion Control Officer approves removal of the sediment basin. For Phase A, the exiting pond on the US Joiner Site will be expanded to the full size of the future stormwater management pond, and will be used as the temporary sediment tap. The basement wails for the office building shall be constructed concurrently with the pond improvements, as the building waits will be required to support the westernportion ofthe pond. Temporary doversiondikes ill be utilized as tine building/parking areas are brought to grade to direct a majority ofthe site's runoff to the sediment nap. 'The retaining wall along the western and northern portion shalt be constructed as the site is brought up to rough grade. A construction entrance will be the erosion control measures for the improvements to the entry road at Route 240. The following items will be checked in particular: 1. The sediment traps and basins will be checked regularly for sedim:ont e1tanout- 2. Drainageway improvement's shall be inspected after each rain event to determine if further armoring is necessary. 3. The gravel outlets will be checked regularly for sediment buildup which would prevent drainage. If the gravel is clogged by sediment, it shall be removed and cleaned or t epltued.. 4.
