The above site plan is ready for county approval; however, I am off this Friday and Monday—the applicants on
a hot time frame to get this approved. Once Scott Collins drops off the plans please place them in the signing
cubby and send out an email letting all SRC reviewers know its approvable/ready for signatures (please assure
you send the email to Shawn Maddox of Fire & Rescue, as Robbie no longer works for that organization).

It must have been lost in the shuffle bc the header of the project number on the letter is incorrect, SUB2017-33,
additionally the letter is addressed to Emily Cox.
Regardless, I have it now. Your condition seems to have been addressed bc SDP2017000049 was recently
approved w conditions. Thus I believe this means you can sign the final site plan for phase I once it is
submitted.

We sent a conditional approval on 8-23-17 (attached). That plan referenced in the condition has not been completely
approved but VDOT submitted a response letter to its initial site plan with no comments. Given this, I feel comfortable
signing the plan for Dunlora Park Ph. I when requested.

being under review and therefore the homebuilder not being able to pull building permits. The plat has been
