I'd still recommend that you check with Alex Morrison about when they want to sign those deeds. If they do, let us know how many copies to resubmit and we'll get those delivered. Comment responses: o Cover GSF table for the Research Park has been amended. We did a lot of research about each of these numbers and believe that they are precise. o The plat is ready and should be submitted today or Monday. o The loading spaces calculations have been amended on the cover and C4.0. o The Deed Book/Page reference has been added to plan sheets C2.1, C2.4, C3.0, C4.0, C5.0, C6.0, 1-1.0 and SL1.0. Only C2.1 and C4.0 are attached, but they will all have the new notation. o The landscape plan table for parking has been amended. o Our understanding is that RWSA has approved the plan. Microaire and PRA have had amendments approved after the two site plan numbers I list below, but those amendments did not change the building square footage: Microaire = SDP199400075 Final Site Plan = Total square footage = 46,889 square feet PRA Pharmaceutical Research Associates = SDP199800027 Final Site Plan = 80,000 square feet ETC = SDP200800105 Minor Amendment that added building area to the previously approved final site plan = 42, 388 square feet I could not find the files for Motion Control or Biotage. It doesn't appear that Biotage has been amended since the final site plan was approved and that plan number is SDP200100047. Motion Control has four site plans associated with it: 1. SDP199500106 (Preliminary) 2. SDP199600038 (Final) 3. SDP199600110 (Minor Amendment) 4. SDP201200068 (Minor Amendment) Did you send Paul the scan request yesterday? He has been out of the office this morning at a training but should be returning this afternoon. You might want to let him know that the Biotage and Motion Control files are the most important ones and you can send him those project numbers to make it easier.
