Tim,
Thank you for the revised minor amendment and comment response letter. I made sure that Frank Pohl has a copy of
the revision because Max is no longer working for the County.
Planning has 'no objection'to the amendment, but I see that we failed to collect the $200 notice fee on the major
amendment we approved earlier this year. Can you please plan to bring it in when the signature copies of the minor
amendment are submitted?
Once we hear from Frank and Alex, I will need four copies for final approval (1 signed copy goes back to the applicant, 1
signed copy goes to our records and two copies go to the field inspector).
