You have successfully addressed the comments on SUB201600098 TMP32-4 & 32-4J - Boundary Line
Adjustment.
So it is ready for signature copies.
1. Submit two or more signed/sealed plats to the Community Development front desk to my attention.
The County will keep one signed original.
2. There is then a last check of the plat and if all is well then they are signed by a County representative.
3. I will then call you to let you know once the rest of the signed originals are ready for your pick up.

Ed,
You address the comments specified in the comments letter sent on June 7th. You include a comment
response letter stating how you addressed each of the comments.
Then you resubmit these two things directly to me.
Since the format of your BLA is larger than 11x17 I will need two hard copies of the plat delivered to the
Community Development front desk, to my attention.
Once I receive the hard copies of the BLA resubmission, and the comment response letter, then I will put the
plan in the queue for review.
It is our goal to do a resubmission review within 2 weeks of when it gets into my hands. However, I will note
that we have had an increase in work load as of late and the two weeks might not be firm.
If there are any additional comments then those will be sent to you and the cycle starts again.
If you have sufficiently address the comments then I will contact you to inform you the plat is ready for
signature.
Please note that once a signed plat (owners and surveyor) is submitted for County signature it goes through
one last review and then is signed. So they need to be sent or dropped off at the Community Development
office. However, for this process it usually only takes a few days even though our official deadline is longer.
If you have any other questions please let me know.
Also, please note that I will be out of the office most of next week and not accessible by phone or email.

satisfaction?
My client is about ready to close a deal on one of the parcels and just wanted to follow
up so there are no hold ups come closing time.

I am not working on subdivision for TMP 39-17A4 & 39-17A3— BLA (SUB201600099), which I think is job you
are referring to.
JT Newberry is working on that one.
Unless they are for the same parcels we usually split the submission that come in during the same week
between different reviewers.

Are you looking at the 2104 Saddle Hollow Road job as well. I turned that boundary line
adjustment plat in at the same time and have heard nothing. The check I sent was
never cashed and I have left messages with your department and have heard nothing.
