[14-302 (A)(4), (6), (15) & 14-303 (E)] Private easements Alleys andshared driveways; Identification of all owners and certain interest holders; Dimension standards and information on all lots, streets, alleys, easements and shared driveways. Deed book 2039 Page 626 that is listed on the plat for TMP 76N-01 -F is an easement, road maintenance agreement and plat for the shared driveway between TMP 76N-01 -F and TMP 76N -01-F1. Include the information on the shared driveway easement in a note on the coversheet and include the deed book and page number, name of owner of the plat and their current address. Rev. 1: Comment not fully addressed. Provide the information requested for the shared driveway easement under the Notes section of the coversheet rather than under the Parcel Data section. That way the information is supplied but it is not confused with the parcels directly affected by the boundary line adjustment. Rev. 2: Comment not fully addressed. It appears that there is a typographical error in notes 14) and 15). The driveway access easement is for TMP 76N -1-F and TMP 76N -1-F1, the two lots that the driveway crosses. TMP 76N -1-N is not involved and should be removed from the two notes. Update these notes with the correct Tax Map numbers. 2. [14-302 (A)('i 0)] RightofFurther Division Provide on the coversheei a right of further division of proposed iots note. The note should state the number of development rights that TMP 761\1-01 -N and TMP 76N-01 -F will have after the boundary,/ line adjustment and specify whether any development rights are transferred with Parcel "X". Because the 1979 Tax N%ap seems to show the same parcels as exist today, and because of the size of the lots, they appear to each have one development right, and cannot be further divided. !f that is the case then the note would read, "Parcel IMP 76N -01-N is assigned one (1) development right and may not be further divided. Parcel TMP 76N-01 F is assigned one (1) development right and may not be further divided. No development rights were transferred with Parcel X'."
