He said that although he would have preferred for the form not to be edited in that way he would accept it, because of the circumstances. 2 Also, he said it was years ago when he and Francis MacCall visited the siteconfirm the conversion of the 2nd residential unit. Therefore, they will need to visit again. However, he said that they could wait until the inspections for any residences that will be built on the proposed lot (Tract D) and they then can reconfirm the conversion of unit#98 on the existing lot (TMP 62-36). So please let the owners/occupants know that another County visit for this confirmation of the conversion will be in the future. In reference to the Affidavit Verifying Family Relationship of Grantor to Grantee, the modifications you have made are sufficient and as specified. I will accept the form once it is signed and notarized. Note E on the plat states that Tract D contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. This note is consistent with the many plats that we have previously submitted and have been approved. See attached GIS overlay. Tract D does not contain any restricted areas (steep slopes, floodplain, etc.). 2. Our client has advised us that two men from the county came out and inspected the cottage (March-June 2013) after the stove and wiring was removed and advised him that it checked out and was ok. Please investigate with that department and advise if we need to have someone come out again. 3. Note H of the plat has been revised to reflect the setbacks for the "existing internal public roads" and the "internal private street". 4. There is a leader line for this measurement on the plat between the iron set and the drainfield site. 5. Public utility, drainage and sight distance easements. N/A 6. Groundwater Assessment. Ok 7.
