I noticed however that your original wording was one word off. In the WPO note change "maintained"to be "managed" as the checklist and County Code states. This is just one of those items, since it is in the County Ordinance, we are supposed to follow exactly. Sorry I hadn't caught that earlier. Once you have done that all but the Health Department comments will have been addressed. Therefore, if you wish to circulate for signatures because you have been told that Health Department approval will be happening soon you are welcome to do so.
