1. Sect 14-302(A)(4):Private Easements:
a) Revise the plat to indicate the deed book and page where each private easement
is recorded and the owner of record. DB/PG has been added to the easement
list in the legend.
b) Revise the plat to show the location of the 10'wide pedestrian & parking
easement along the eastern edge of Lot 26.This easement has been added to
the plat. I also cleaned up some of the other easements to hopefully make
them all somewhat easier to distinguish between.
2. Section 14-302 (A) (9): Building Sites on Proposed Lots: Revise the plat to include the
note "Each lot contains a building site that complies with Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance."This note has been added to the plat.
3. Section 14-302 (B) (5):Zoning Classification: Revise the zoning classification noted on the
plat to read "PRD in accordance with proffers of ZMA-2006-005 approved June 13, 2007
and subsequent approved variations. Entrance Corridor Overlay District."The zoning note
has been amended on the plat as requested. Entrance Corridor District has also been
listed.
4. Section 14-302(B)(7):Reservoir Watershed,Agricultural-Forestal District: Revise the plat to
include the note "This site lies within the Moore's Creek water supply watershed." A note saying
that the site lies within the Moore's Creek Watershed has been added to the plat.

When contacting the owners to get signatures, I discovered that ownership has changed since I started working on the
plat. See deed work attached, as well as revised plat.All that changed was the ownership block (changed from Avon
Properties to Piedmont LP as well as address and source of title deed).Thought I would go ahead and let you see a copy
before I submit tomorrow for your signature.

a) Revise the plat to indicate the deed book and page where each
private easement is recorded and the owner of record. DB/PG has
been added to the easement list in the legend.

b) Revise the plat to show the location of the 10'wide pedestrian &
parking easement along the eastern edge of Lot 26. This easement
has been added to the plat. I also cleaned up some of the other
easements to hopefully make them all somewhat easier to
distinguish between.
2. Section 14-302 (A) (9): Building Sites on Proposed Lots: Revise the plat to
include the note "Each lot contains a building site that complies with
Section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."This note has
been added to the plat.
3. Section 14-302 (B) (5):Zoning Classification: Revise the zoning classification
noted on the plat to read "PRD in accordance with proffers of ZMA-2006-
005 approved June 13,2007 and subsequent approved variations. Entrance
Corridor Overlay District."The zoning note has been amended on the plat
as requested. Entrance Corridor District has also been listed.
4. Section 14-302(B)(7):Reservoir Watershed,Agricultural-Forestal District:Revise the plat to
include the note "This site lies within the Moore's Creek water supply watershed." A
note saying that the site lies within the Moore's Creek Watershed has been added
to the plat.
