Specifically, the executed documents did not contain the recordation tax and filing fee 3 (110 exemptions (noted in the October 17 message below) or the corrections that Yad made to the attached Stormwater Agreement. Also, on final review, I discovered the need for several additional minor corrections to the stormwater and grading deed of easement (attached) that we both had missed earlier. Your proposed deed of easement to the ACSA differs pretty significantly from the proposed deed I thought we had agreed to on September 22 (attached). While I don't recall us discussing any changes to the ACSA deed since then, please correct me if I'm missing something, or if the earlier ACSA deed that we sent you in September needs correcting. Also, attached is a corrected Stonnwater Management Agreement that fixes the remaining typos in that Agreement. The proposed addition to the Old Trail Park Deed of Easement looked good. Finally, has the reference in the East Village trail deed been corrected from "EA 15" to "AE 15", to match the plat? Once these corrections have been made and the documents are in final form, please have them signed and notarized on your end.
