Reviews Comments:1. 14-302(A)(3)- Provide the right of way width for Golf Drive.
2. 14-302(A)(10)- Development rights for the RA parcel need to be stated in the notes on the
cover sheet.
3. 14-302(B)(5)- The rezoning line for the Neighborhood Model District designation needs to be
shown on the plat. Also, state that that there are preserved and/or managed slopes on the parcels
and that the properties are zoned RA in addition to NMD. With this BLA, the parcel will be split zoned.
4. 14-302(B)(6)- Include the RA tax map and parcel number on the cover sheet as part of the
boundary line adjustment- 05500-00-00-103F0. All of the parcel data should include the information
for this parcel as well.
5. 14-302(A)(15)- The owner’s address is different on the plat than what is listed in our GIS.
Clarify the correct owner’s address.
6. 14-303 (D)- Plats need to be recorded in the correct order for the residue.

reference the parcel "GS" but provide conflicting information. Please clarify.
